View Buyout

This page displays the details of a single, previously submitted buyout.

Page Layout​

  • Back to History Button: Navigates back to the Buyouts History list.
  • Title: "View Buyout Details".

Buyout Information Card​

  • Displays general information about the buyout, including:
    • A status chip (e.g., Accepted, In Review).
    • Submitted date.
    • Revision number.
    • Customer and Estimator names.
    • The note that was sent to purchasing.

Buyout Summary​

  • A chip indicating the total number of Line Items in the buyout.

Materials Table​

A table listing all the materials included in this buyout, with the following columns:

  • Selection ID
  • Group
  • Supplier
  • Product (Item ID and Description)
  • Qty
  • Status
  • Need By (Date)
  • Expected (Date)

Line Item Updates​

If any updates or notes have been added to individual line items by the purchasing team, they will be displayed in this section. Each update shows the user who made it, the date, and the note content.
