New Proposal

This page is a multi-step wizard for creating and publishing a new proposal.

Page Layout

The page is structured as a vertical stepper, guiding the user through several configuration steps. Each step must be completed before moving to the next.

Stepper Sections

  1. Select Model Source:

    • Choose the data source for the proposal.
    • Options are Previous Proposal (to re-use data from an old proposal) or This Workbook (to use the current data).
  2. Edit Inclusions:

    • A list of inclusion/exclusion items.
    • Each item has a switch to toggle it as included or not.
    • An input field is available to add new custom inclusion items to the list.
  3. Edit Note:

    • A large text field for entering notes that will be part of the proposal.
  4. Upload/Edit Documents:

    • A section for attaching documents to the proposal, organized by User Total groups.
    • Each group has an Upload Document(s) button to add files.
    • Uploaded files are shown as cards with a field to add a description.
  5. Select Stakeholders:

    • Manage the list of internal users who must approve the proposal.
    • Displays Required Stakeholders and provides an autocomplete field to add Additional Stakeholders.
  6. Select Recipients:

    • Manage the list of external email addresses that will receive the proposal.
    • An autocomplete field is provided to add new recipients.
  7. Review & Submit:

    • The final step, showing a brief summary.
    • Contains the Submit button to publish the proposal.

Page Actions

  • Next/Back Buttons: Each step has buttons to navigate forward and backward through the wizard.
  • Submit Button: On the final step, this button publishes the proposal and sends it to the selected recipients.
